FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How many people can bowl per lane?
Up to 6 people can bowl per lane at once. If you have a larger group, we recommend booking multiple lanes so everyone gets a go without long wait times.
How long does one game take?
A full game takes around 10 minutes per person, so if you have 6 players on a lane, you'll need about an hour per game.
Can we bring our own food or drinks?
No BYO allowed, we're a fully licensed venue. We've got Lucy Lou's Café serving up pizzas, burgers, snacks, and more, plus a fully stocked bar at Bruce's Saloon with drinks for all tastes. You're welcome to set up a bar tab or chat to us about catering options.
Do you offer catering?
Yes! We can provide platter-style catering and easy-to-share pizzas for larger groups on request. Just let us know in your enquiry form if you're interested and we'll send you our catering options
Can we run a bar tab for the event?
Absolutely. You can either: Set a fixed bar tab amount, or Run an open bar tab for the duration of your event. We keep a card on file when you arrive for your booking. Then, before you leave, we go through the tab and you can pay in full, and the $200 deposit will be deducted from the total.
What about arcade games and simulators?
They're available on a pay-to-play basis. We have an auto change machine available to get $2 coins out for the arcade and simulator tokens available for $5 per race.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a $200 deposit is required to secure your booking. This is redeemable on the night and locks in your spot.

What happens if we need to reduce the number of lanes?
During our busiest periods - especially school holidays and Christmas function season (late November through to the end of December) - we're often fully booked back-to-back.
When a group cancels lanes last-minute, it's unfair to the people we've had to turn away who would've happily taken that spot.
Because of this, we require a minimum of 7 days' notice if you need to reduce the number of lanes in your booking. If notice is not given and we're unable to rebook those lanes, you will still be charged the full amount.
We recommend booking only what you're confident you'll need, and adding extra later if availability allows.
Do we have to wear bowling shoes?
Nope, we don't offer traditional bowling shoes.
We recommend wearing sneakers or soft-soled shoes for the best experience on the lanes.
Heels, thongs, and hard-soled shoes aren't ideal and may affect your ability to bowl safely (or stylishly).
